When I created my account I spent 100 dollars on xrp and did not login again for 3 days when I finally open the app again I noticed that my balance on xrp has tripled to 300 dollars at first I thought I made money off it so I dropped 50 more dollars without thinking only to figure out that the price did not increase instead I was charged 200 hundred more dollars 100 in two occasions during times I did not even login to my account so naturally I try contacting customer support and after the biggest round about trying to find a real person to talk to I had to find another specialist through the actual app, which is fine so that’s what I do and after over an hour of trying to get a real response out of this guy he finally tells me that I made 2 100 dollar purchases when I first opened the account which I don’t recall but let’s say I did and simply forgot. He said the extra notes on my page showing another 100 dollar purchase was simply saying that those funds where “released” and that crypto won’t charge unless I log in to the account but that still doesn’t explain the other 100 dollar purchase that was made putting my account balance on xrp to 300 and when I finally brought that up I was kicked from the chat

So far I am very new to this app, however from what I’ve experienced, most of the negative reviews are from beginners that did not take the time to read and understand what they were getting themselves into. I currently have the jade green card and I can say that I have already received my Netflix rebate so that works. I have not tried to withdraw my funds yet as I’m waiting on my money to transfer so I can test everything, however I have spend money with the virtual card and got my money back in cro that way as well. So far it has done everything it should. Also, I have experienced one problem with my card info not displaying on one of my devices however the customer support has been great and they are working on it.
