HIRO 88 Order & Rewards

I had previously ordered from here on DoorDash and had no issue. I saw they had their own app so I tried to order the sushi/sashimi combo. First issue add ons are required and they should be optional (I added avocado so it would let me continue. I got to the end and it required I put in a bunch of extra info like my address (for a pickup order) then when I tried to place my order I got the message “you can not avail order for free, please add more item to place this order” so I gave up and used DoorDash again

This app does not have the happy hour menu. To get the happy hour price for take out, yiu still need to call directly.

This app is broken in many ways. It backs out to schedule time and erase the order. It will not allow me to purchase items because of sub selection not working. The cart doesn’t indicate if you have items loaded or how many. Each time to purchase the list it route back to the main page. i have try to order and just become mad at the app. Its crap!!! I used its also three weeks back and has alot of the same issues. Because u have switch to this app i can no longer order online togo, which we do on Sunday's normally for the last year. Also, you all lost out order a couple weeks back and we waited like 2 hours, went I was told 25mins. Good luck, with your new app, i would charge back the company that made it for every week this crap dont work right.
