. I am really getting upset between RANCHO‘s website and this app. The website gave me the incorrect flyer ending on the seventh. This app Won’t even let me see the date and enlarge the image on the flyer to verify if it’s the correct one. I tried calling the market and they’re really too busy to bother. And kept me on hold over 20 minutes before I got a manager who told me the website worked fine. So I downloaded the app and tried their chat. It’s a stupid machine that won’t do anything till you give your email and phone number and then it hangs up on you saying they are too busy. But chat is still there offering to waste your time and hang up on you and everyone else again. It is enough to make you give up on the whole store. They could at least make it easy to request a mailed flyer if they can’t get anything else right. or email it since they force you to give your email. I wish I could rate lower than one. I’m thinking-100 negative one hundred, since it’s been that irritating.
I downloaded this app because their website doesn’t work when you click on the flyer. However, in the app, the ad is so small you can’t see it and there’s no way to zoom in on it. Then there’s a weird widget called Zoom that opens a slightly larger version of the ad, but you can’t zoom in on that either. You guys need to hire some real developers to create a real mobile app because whoever wrote this has no clue what they’re doing.
It won’t let you zoom in when you select the flyer. It is small and can’t see the prices and information.
