I have the pierce county library app and king county library app- NO ISSUES. I absolutely can not get this app to work. Currently it is garbage. I have to open a web page through safari. It’s been like this for a while. What ever the interface issues are… fix it and improve the convenience. :(.
The app worked great for many months. My family and I loved using the app and used it often, it was very useful, but then it quit working back in December and still isn’t working as of 1/19/24. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. It won’t let me even try to log on. I’ve emailed the library to ask them about this, but haven’t received a response.
This app was working great for a while and for the past week or two I have been unable to login. It just keeps saying unable to connect to network server, even though I am connected to internet. Very frustrating
