I love this app Now I know which recycle can to take out. Relying on neighbors sometimes didn’t work! Well I really liked this app until it made me enter a nickname. And after a dozen tries I was about to give up but I really wanted to add this bit of information to my review!

It has taken me awhile to go paperless. So far so good. Love the convenience. I am able to see pick up dates, pay my bill, and see what’s going on in the world of trash disposal. All good. Thank you. Steve Carlisle

It keeps telling me network error “this device seems to be disconnected from the network or a website was unavailable. Please connect to a website or retry” My Internet is fine and I have 5G and wifi. I have tried with and without wifi. Everything else works on my phone. Not sure why I keep getting this message this week. But before. The app only worked half the time and always crashed or never opened. Frustrating.
