Wallet
I like the app but it won’t allow me access to my building door and it would be 100% more convient if I were able to add the access card to my Apple wallet.. Also the app only seems to allow me to unlock my front door it will not allow me or my apartment complex to unlock the building doors from the app leaving us to have to use our key fob… My leasing has tried to assist and they are not able to grant access for unknown reasons

Great lock
I’ve been a locksmith for 25 + years & this is the first lock in a very long time, that I’ve seen that looks nice and operates even better. I love having the choice of multiple credentials. Needs Refinement
Works well. However two improvements needed. 1. Watch support. I don’t want to have to carry my phone 24/7. Out for a run and I don’t want to carry my phone. 2. Lack of ability to customize or prioritize “favorite” locks means you have to scroll through lists of locks to find the one you need. I don’t need to see every apartment in the building or the elevator machine rooms
