Spot MD - Find a Doctor

Terrible app, information is inaccurate (wrong dates, wrong billing info, appointment information not even close to being right). It’s not intuitive and there are so many repetitive messages. You get one and the next minute there is another with different information. Plus my doctor wants us to pay using this app- no way. I wish they wouldn’t use it at all.

As both a patient and a trained psychologist, I appreciate the balance needed to give patients access to their physicians while ensuring physicians have sufficient down time so they can give their most to patients. This becomes most difficult to balance for after hours communication. Enter DocSpot. When I am seeking some form of after hours communication with my physician who participates in DocSpot, after hours communication has never been simpler nor more reliable. My physician and I have been able to radically increase the ease of direct communication with one another while impinging very little additional time. Whereas this app has many other great features, I am enamored by the ability to text with my doc whenever needed without feeling like I am providing inordinate burden.
