My FSCU

The app is great other than when I have my card locked there have been several times it doesn’t allow me to unlock it when I need to make a purchase… do you know how embarrassing it is when you get up to the counter and the cashier has rang a cart full of groceries up and then you try to unlock you card the app doesn’t allow you so now you can’t pay the cashier and everything has to go back!!!! And of course it’s after hours so I can’t even call to have it unlocked🤦‍♀️!!! This issue needs to be fixed and we need a 24hr phone number as well… The bank and employees themselves are Wonderful!!!

I’m so used to being able to view my account details in mobile banking especially for when I need to submit my account number auto payments or direct deposit. Well with FSCU mobile banking you can’t do that. You have to physically drive to a branch and get a copy of it which makes it a hassle for me especially since I work nights and sleep during the day. If I have to I’ll just start going to my local branch and push them daily to let us consumers have the ability to view our account info from our fingertips. We have cyber security for a reason to protect against thieves and hackers so why not use it to let us consumers have an easier time with you guys by letting us have more freedom with your mobile banking. I’ve only been back for like a month or so and I’m already wanting to leave this bank again especially since I can’t deposit cash in their ATM’s after hours and have access to those funds immediately. I have to put my cash in a drop box at night and wait until the next business day to use those funds which is ridiculous. Catch up guys, this isn’t 2010 anymore. It’s 2024 and as a bank in the business for 70+ years, you’d think they would have priorities straight and update their equipment within reasonable time but that’s not the case with this bank.

I have been a member for more than 20 years and have been very pleased with the employeWhen I don’t understand something on my statement thru are really patient as they try to explain what I did wrong in my checkbook. I would strongly encourage others to become a member!
