Cuddlytails-24/7 Vet & Sitting

I have been using the Cuddly Tails app for a couple of years now. I would not trust my home or my babies to anybody else! The staff are always friendly and dependable and go out of their way to make sure the pets are given the best care and attention possible. When I leave home I know I don’t have to worry about anything which makes for a very pleasant vacation!

So far so go the app is actually okay I was able too hire sitters on there , they just need too improve and show when last a sitters was active cause it took a lot of time before i could hire a sitters cause it seems most sitters aren’t active on the CuddlyTails Account anymore , they should work on showing when last a sitter was active and they should try and also bring more sitters too the app make , cause when I had a 3 week vacation I wasn’t able too book any sitters cause non was available in my state they should try more and work on how too make sitters from all state available other than that it’s a great app

Overall I just had a bad experience, and I would use this service again, but only very hesitantly and if I had absolutely no other options because there are other apps that will protect my pet if something were to happen again. I booked a boarding stay on this app with a sitter: Miranda R. And she kenneled my dog for the 12 day stay after I asked her not to and she said she wouldn’t since she worked from home, not to mention that my dog was covered in what I’m hoping was HER own feces and urine at the time of pickup. The only reason I’m giving the whole application 2 stars instead of -100 is because I reported the sitter to their service line, and her account was quickly investigated and suspended for the animal abuse. That being said, if my dog had needed any help due to these issues, I would’ve been completely on the line for it financially and other services, such as rover, have an insurance policy automatically for your pets if something happens to them during services.
