Wild Fork

The concept is simple.. you want quality meats, they have quality meats. The ordering is easy. I live near a store front so I pick up. I haven’t bought meat or other proteins anywhere else since I started using the app. Great and exotic meat selection with very reasonable prices. Their frozen veggies and potstickers are the best you can get. These guys select only the finest suppliers and it shows. Shooing is easy with the app too. It’s about time a store got serious about meats. Wild Fork is the best!

I have been a client of Wild Work for many years now and I’ve gone with them through their various versions of the app from the first that was really terrible to this one that is actually great. The only thing I believe is missing to make it. Excellent is a place to leave deliverdelivery instructions with the ability to add photos. This is especially important for people like me who live in a multi unit apartment building because the GPS is showing the delivery driver where I am (based on my phone) not where the gate to the building is. This is constructive feedback for development team. If you want to see a best in class example of how to do that check out Uber Eats that not only allows you to put specific delivery instructions but It allows you to attach photos to show people where the gate is and will also allow you to move the GPS pin Inside the map to where the gate is and not where you are.

I ordered $300 worth of meat to be delivered between 4-7pm. Never showed up that evening. Showed up the next morning thawed - which they offered a refund for (thank you). BUT, on top of that the delivery driver drove & parked in OUR FRONT YARD!!! Not two tires off to the side mind you but the entire car in the MIDDLE OF MY FRONT LAWN (almost hit a tree)!!! There should be no confusion here as we have a big wide driveway & parking by our mailbox just off the road - but no, he ignored all that & drove & parked in our yard. NOW, I’ve been on the phone (on hold) with “customer support” for over 90 minutes because “all supervisors are in a meeting”. I believe this is a problem with Wild Fork outsourcing their delivery & their “customer support”. Must be an important meeting because if this happened to a customer of mine there’s no meeting that would stop me from taking this call - I have a feeling the owner/CEO of Wild Fork would agree with me. Guess I’ll have to pursue other (legal) avenues to get wild fork to repair my lawn & see if any sprinklers were damaged. UPDATE: while writing this on hold the “supervisor” came on the call & claimed Wild Fork can do nothing about the damage to my property & I have to contact the appropriate delivery service. I did not hire them, Wild Fork did. As far as the meat that I ordered yesterday that was delivered today thawed, the supervisor stated “the driver must’ve driven with his windows down.” WOW! WF is taking no accountability for the damage to my property & blaming the driver for the thawed meat. Stay clear of this company as they made it abundantly clear they do not care about us as customers.
