I Keep having issues trying to login to the app. I couldn’t even register my account on the app. I had to register my account on the website. When I tried logging into the app after registering on the website, the app told me to register. When I tried to register again with the app, it tells me I’m already registered. I reset my password and tried to login again but it won’t accept my new password. I met all the password requirements but the “Update” button is grayed out.

The App works and is functional yet I am not impressed by the UI and the overall design of it. There is certainly room for improvement and it’s slightly disappointing when compared to other finance-related apps like bank apps and others. For example, there was a notice today that ServiceMac had problems and autopay withdrawals were going to be late for several days. There was no announcement in the app. I found an announcement in the website about the issues they were facing, which makes me believe that the app needs either better integration with the website available data or better maintenance. I was also disappointed that there was no iPad app. I think this would be a great addition. The bigger screen would make it easier for users owning iPads to navigate accounts. Overall it is a good app, but lacking of more frequent and visible (user oriented) “continuous improvement”.

All the other reviews are really old. I just had my loan transferred, first payment effective today, I registered online, and then added this app and logged in with no problem at all. Can see all of my loan info as well as all history. Multiple options for payment, and link to learn about your loan. Hasn’t crashed yet, and I’ve been in and out of it multiple times. 5-stars as of today’s date.
