So this Loan Servicing app is pretty good surprise I haven’t had any problems with it, but I’ve only been with it for one month now .I used to make my payments to SSL, which supposedly is the exact same company as Shellpoint. They just change their name who knows why but when you go into payment history, none of my past payment show - now you would think that if it’s the same company, but they change their name, they would be able to have merged those records so it makes me think that maybe there’s something like … I don’t know maybe a bankruptcy and so they had to change their name to continue doing business with the same clients, I don’t really know??? Interesting 🤔

Ok, this payment is crazy good. This is the most manageable payment I’ve ever seen. While everyone is going out of their way to make things confusing and complicated, you guys just made it too easy. Thank you for the excellent service.

The app gets the job done, but it’s not without its flaws. Making payments is straightforward, but the interface feels outdated and clunky. It could really benefit from more modern features, like push notifications for due dates or a clearer breakdown of payment history. Occasionally, the app is slow to load, which can be frustrating. It’s functional, but there’s definitely room for improvement to make it more user-friendly.
