This app didn’t bother to get the fundamentals right. The audio and video are rarely synced and often cut out completely. I generally use the web version because the app makes my laptop go to sleep (computer settings are fine) and I have to wake it up every 10 minutes during my workout. Sure the emojis are fun, but I’d rather be able to easily communicate with my instructor and classmates. Maybe if you’re taking class with strangers this wouldn’t be an issue but for many right now, their workouts are their connection to other people and providing normalcy. Virdio failed to consider this and it has had a negative impact on my daily workout with my gym community.
