I’ve found what appears to be a bug with Apple Health imports. Walks recorded on my Apple Watch are detected by TRAKK and I’m prompted to import them. The import appears to succeed and the workout briefly shows in my workout list, but after a minute or when I return to the dashboard it disappears. TRAKK then offers exactly the same workout for import again. I’ve tested this with three separate walks and they all behave the same way. The workouts remain in Apple Health and Apple Fitness, so this appears to be an issue with TRAKK saving or syncing imported workouts. Please investigate.
Very good for tracking however doesn’t track under 18
When I got the app I thought this looks awesome I set up my first planned workout. After about few weeks when I got problems with the app which I will list bellow sadly why I won’t be using the app for now. 1. When I went to delete the work out to create new one the old one would randomly come back then error out the system each time I went to delete. This lead to next issues. 2. It forced logged me out of the account then said my account does not exist that I should contact support (I don’t have time for this) so I created new account with another email. 3. This one not a major issue but made the app less convenient. Not being able to organise the work outs in the way that I would start at the gym. Example (warm up, main & cool down) the app pushed the main then the other two after. 4. Fair issue I think the app needs to support offline use have it save on device then upload to account when connected to network. Reason is when I used phone data and network dropped it would either kick me from work out I was on or log me out completely. If the first two issues are ever fixed I would say let me know I would consider coming back on that alone. Bonus if the fourth issue gets implemented. My only reason for giving the app a two star is I do think this app has good potential.
