Merge Mayor

I joined the game back February of 2023, ever sense have been playing almost every day and for almost 2 years I can say that the game gets better and better each update. The team actually listens to suggestion players give and it’s really not necessary to spend any money on game to have a lot of perks, and even if you do even spend $10 for a pass for example. Trust me when I say the money would he worth it for weeks if not month. I also noticed how they made a discord server where they constantly communicate with people in there and you can get a lot of helpful feedback and help on any question you have from team and simple players. Also a short story when I got a new phone but realized that I accidentally forgot to save my progress in game and almost thought I lost ALL of my progress, I texted the support team which contact me back less then in a day and we figured out the problem in no time, zero cost and absolutely polite conversation with them. Best merge game in style, tasks, and probably even meaning sense I don’t think you can ever get bored of it, absolutely recommend it and hopefully it gets more players in the future. But at last would like to add that a lot of people including myself are waiting for the feature to trade items/give them to players in our club in future updates! Thank you for your time:) -kooky

This may sound vague and like every other review here, but holy cow, this game is the best mobile game I’ve ever played. I’ve played mobile games since the iPod Touch came out, all of the nostalgic games and whatnot, and I have NEVER played a game as good as this. Before, my top mobile games were “Highschool Story” and “My Fashion Story”. While both were free to play, they did sometimes need in-app purchases to progress faster. If not, it was a slow ride. Both games have unfortunately shut down. It took me years to find a new game I could stick to, but none lasted very long. Then one day, I came across a random ad in another game for Merge Mayor. Seeing this ad made me ecstatic. I downloaded it IMMEDIATELY! After playing for a while, I came to deeply appreciate it. It is clear that this game was made with so much love and careful consideration. From the ad that was direct gameplay from the game (unlike most mobile games these days), absolutely no ads unless you want more energy, to the cute and clean art style, this game deserves to be in the spotlight. I’ve had so much fun playing this game. The tournaments where I’ve fought to the death for first place, the “party mode”, the events with cute and worthwhile rewards, and so much more, there’s never a dull moment with this game. I hope the developers continue to give their whole hearts to this game. I would genuinely hate for it to go downhill. It’s truly a hidden gem.

First let me say I do not rate or leave reviews on any app. My only complaint was that before the energy drink gave you one energy per second that lasted 6 minutes from the previous update. Please bring that back that was really cool instead of infinite energy for 3 minutes. But the new update also brought extra tasks to do so you have enough content to look forward too. I have only bought one thing which was the key to the vault but after about half of year of playing this game that’s it and I still really enjoy it. Daily rewards such a battery pack, watching ads for 25 energy up to three times a day, and tapping on vehicles in your city makes for excellent extended gameplay. You really don’t have to buy gems if you want to progress, you could “complete” the game without buying anything. Overall I think this makes for an excellent time killer. The way the game is set up, you can play for like five-ten minutes before you run out through all your energy, which has a cap of 100, or if you save batteries and the timers to speed up wait times, then you can play for about 20-30 minutes no problem. Overall this game is perfectly balanced so that it doesn’t make progression extremely difficult, I honestly think it is much more fair than other games. The seasonal events also bring new life and so does the progression of your city. So far I have played the Christmas, Valentines, and currently the Easter events with each event giving you a small gift to remind you of your progress if you finish an event in it’s entirety. There is so much content and small details that will make you really appreciate the game more. Whatever the developers are doing, they are doing great!
