This app doesn’t stay opened more than 20 seconds every time I open it It’s very weak app Please correct this issue so we can buy what we need from your offers P.S : I love all your branches

I couldn’t find an option on the App or your website to check the Dukan Plus points program balance! Customers need a way to check their accumulated points balance. Most of the store cashiers don’t know how to retrieve the points balance too! I shopped at several Dukan stores and only one out of those had an employee who knew how to retrieve my points balance. He is not available though in all store shifts, and his colleagues at the same store don’t know the trick to provide the needed info! Is there a way to add that to your App?!
