I downloaded the app since the website was super slow and hard to navigate. Turns out the app is worse. Very slow and not user friendly. I don’t understand how such companies don’t spend money to develop apps that will make the customers life easier as this will result in buying more! As someone who’s not nearby a physical store the app would probably be the best option to by the quality products SACO sells.

Based on my own personal experience: The app is riddled with bugs. I don’t understand why they won’t just release a new one created by a reputable developer. Just look at how many times they release an update to fix bugs. It’s almost never a smooth experience. Always lagging.

The app won’t let me add anything to the cart and the website won’t allow my payment method… and their customer support through the phone or social media is nonexistent. Overall a failure in all areas. It’s laughable as they just acted that they were aware that their website and app is not customer friendly and that they fixed it. What a joke
