I’ve really been enjoying this game, there are so many pack options and there are so many free community options that you can always have something new. I’ve been panting it with my boyfriend and I would definitely play it with more people too.
This is such a fun way to play trivia at home. I’ve even managed to turn some of my friends who don’t play regularly at the bars to the dark side! The gameplay is super smooth, giving the hosts the option to mark answers correct or incorrect (for example if it is spelled wrong and not counted as correct). Plus, the fact that it is write-in instead of multiple choice generates some truly hysterical content! Finally, if you’re noticing a lot of repeat questions, give them time!! There are new questions (and categories) being added daily so just be patient/switch up your group. Overall, a fantastic app and way to stay connected to friends around the world.
This is a great way to feel connected to friends and family remotely! The only thing I highly recommend is running a group video chat alongside the game. It can be weird without it since there’s no way to chat in-app. As the host of a game you can control the flow, choosing when to go on to the next question. You can also double check to see what answers are being marked correct or incorrect (for those worried about spelling). The point wagering is the same as a Sporcle Live pub trivia game, and it continues to be the secret sauce that makes Sporcle better than other trivia games.
From Sporcle, the world's largest trivia company, comes Sporcle Party. Challenge friends to topics from movies, geography, sports, science, literature...
