Phoenix Theatres

I am loving our Phoenix theatre: seats are comfortable, screen beautiful, all the workers helpful and pleasant, but the app has an issue I thought would be fixed by now. When you book a movie, you have to put your credit card info in each time. Not a deal breaker, but a pain. Apple Pay would be awesome! Only other knock is the sound… although the Dolby Atmos is amazing it is WAY too much! Louder isn’t always better. The Atmos theatre is almost sensory overload and if you are in theatre 2, you can’t enjoy your movie for all the rumbling next door. But all these things are “fixable”……

When you go to choose a seat and u have a party of 4 people and another party only bought 3 seat and left an open seat between the 4 seats you want the app doesn’t allow you to choose the 4 seats you want bc it forages you to have to choose the open seat left by the party of 3… That is wrong and needs to be changed! You should be able to choose any seats your party wants. I shouldn’t have to choose to be next to another party if I don’t want to. The freedom of choice should be allowed for any party to choose the seats they desire.

I’ve lost count on how many movies I’ve seen at the Phoenix Northtowne Theatre. Getting my tickets at the counter is okay but reserving a seat ahead of time through the app makes it so much easier. Until the other movie theaters around me steps up their game Phoenix Northtowne Theatres is the only movie theater I’ll go to to watch my movies, eat my snacks, and enjoy their recline, heated seats.
