I’ve put a order at night around 10PM and yet the store was open and it even accepted my order too! After Around 5-10Mins they call me and says that the store closes around 9:30PM and they will cancel my order, even though they said they will cancel my order it hasn’t been canceled till next morning and called them and they said they will cancel the order around after 11:30 and will get the money after 5 working days!? What is this? A joke? Best scamming app if you wanna loos your money and not get your food on time!!!

I appreciate the effort put into this app. Prices are relatively less compared to other peer applications. But this app needs many improvements if they want to take this to the next level. Once an item is put into the cart there should be a function to clear the cart. Delivery location selection method should be improved and refined. I don't know whether delivery partners receive customer's location or not, but the rider called me and asked me to send my location separately. There should be a proper tracking system so the customer has a clear idea about the status of his or her order. Personally I like this app and want to keep it that way. But it is the developer's responsibility to keep me. Good luck 👍🏽
