The app itself is fine although there are few improvements to be done. My biggest issue is there’s no contact point for anything... I used this a few times then one week, every time I go into the app it says “Delivery to your area unavailable”. Then I contact them through Messenger cos that’s the only way I found to reach out to them... first they said it’s because of Ramadan and they have less riders so to bear with them for a couple of weeks... then after fasting period was over a couple of weeks later I still get this message when I go to the app... and since then I’ve dropped them multiple messengers but no response at all. Not even an acknowledgment... Which is very unprofessional... it’s such a shame cos I was planning on using them exclusively but if this is how they operate, then no thank you.

I found the service to be extremely reliable. The app is quite easy to use. Upon placing the order, the staff got in touch to verify my location and based on the timing of the order - delivered the goods the following day. The delivery person stayed on insisting that I check and confirm all what I ordered was there. Few hours later, the staff got in touch with me to confirm that I did indeed receive my order and get feedback on the service. More than anybody could hope for during these challenging times! Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

This app relates to finding a variety of delicious dishes in town. The price of the food and the most obvious distance from your destination to the restaurant or to the outlet appears straightforward. You could find the best dishes with the best flavors during any time of the day; to carve for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finding the best place for your preferred food at the affordable price from just the move of your fingerprints has just been made possible! The app is highly user-friendly; the online chat option helps you make inquiries very easily and in turn provide clear and the timeliest opinions. I recommend everyone to start up with the app and enjoy fresh and healthy dishes in town. As at now, the app is only limited to suburbs of Colombo; and it would be great if it spans across the country. Also, reviews on restaurants could be posted through the app only in close proximity to the restaurant; this options need to be customized as well; to post the review whenever possible at the customer's convenience.
