WVU Medicine

I’m in an iPhone 8, and I always keep it updated with the latest software version. My daughter went in for surgery this morning, and I downloaded the app to keep track of how she’s doing. Sadly, I can’t even enter the number given to track her surgery: the “Go” button is placed directly on top of the field where you enter the number. There is no possible way to enter the number and track anything. Had to delete the app, and now I just wait.

This is my first time using the app! Loaded with information . I am so thankful to be able to receive updates without having to call nursing staff or wait for update calls about my loved one as long surgeries are really hard to be patient waiting on updates from Drs and nurses. Thank you WVU for making my wait a little less stressful!❤️

I recently moved to Morgantown and was surprised to have such a large and impressive hospital near me, Ruby. After downloading the app, it will be easier to navigate without assistance, my preferred method. Also, I hope I don’t have to use the waiting room function in the future but it sure would have been handy in the past for my family.
