I switched over to Chronic Insights from MigraineBuddy because C.I. offers more thorough and easier ways of marking down pain and tracking symptoms with the 3D modeling, but I also need the ability to share the data with my doctors as I’ve done with MigraineBuddy.
Problem is, the export feature never loads the data. I’ve gotten it to bring up the available data points once to select for export, but it crashed the app when it tried and hasn’t done it since. It also doesn’t appear to have an option for exporting all data types, which is a problem when you’re using the app to not only track your symptoms and flare-ups but also provide your doctors with the information so they can better help you.
Please work on making the export process run smoother and contain all available data points and notes. If this feature isn’t refined and updated, as much as I love it, I won’t be able to continue using it as it gives me no option to successfully share the data with my care team.
It may sound small, but this is a huge thing. Please fix the export feature to actually work correctly and consistently. And if this feature is a subscriber-only option, that really will be a let down as it’s something that is necessary for anyone using this app, or any app that tracks chronic pain and medical conditions.

I downloaded Chronic Insights last summer when I was diagnosed with non radiographic axial spondylitis (similar to ankylosing spondylitis). I’m so glad I had this app, as after a few months when I started on my biological injections, I was able to see clearly when the pain started lessening. I printed off the graph of “Insights” to share with my doctor, and she was so excited to be able to see the dramatic results I was experiencing after my 3rd injection. Seeing my results brought tears to her eyes. She said she wanted to frame that chart. 😊 Now, a few months later, I’m starting to have some issues again. But I’ll be able to take my new printed chart in with me, and once we decide on anew course of treatment I’ll be able to visualize how the new treatment is working.
I am so thankful for this app! I paid for the premium version so I could see how weather affects my symptoms. I’ve learned when the air pressure rises, my fatigue also increases, so that has been interesting. I have not used the 3D model.

I like it so far! My only suggestion is that menstruation/ovulation isn’t included under factors, and that’s a major one for a lot of us.
