I never rate apps but was told from a salon the only way to get a gift card was through this app. It took me forever o find the salon because it would t update the location. I finally got it, purchased a gift card and the never received it. I am trying to contact support but the app only allows less than a sentence in the message field. My transaction went through but there’s no way to see the gift card and it did not come through text or email like it was supposed to.

I like the idea of this app but it is not user friendly and doesn’t always work correctly. More times than not it won’t use my location correctly, can’t find my store or won’t redirect back. Plus a bunch of other annoying issues. Needs lots of work.

Hi I am the one that give Harmony pay a bad review 2 posts before this one. I just want to say that Dat Jerry, the CEO of harmony has contacted me and that the problem was with the app. After deleting and uploading a few times I was able to use the money on my account. I am very satisfied and I am giving them a 5 stars. Elisama Afonso
