1 star. Very disappointing experience. I worked at a small nail salon that stopped using this app, and we requested my payroll records for the last week we used it (03/30–04/05). Instead of providing the correct dates, they kept sending the entire month in Excel format, which was not what we needed. I have called multiple times and am still waiting. It has been almost 2 months since I quit the salon, and I still cannot get the correct records needed for me to get paid properly. Customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful. Something this simple should not take months to resolve.
This last update broke everything. The calendar. Blocking off days. Clients. It’s all broken. Please fix it. Soon.
Would be nice to be a partner of Google so a “Book Now” button could be added/linked to on Google main page. Client cannot online book for more than one person. The mobile app for iPhone would also help if appointments page displays like an iPad or like Samsung.
