Having to sign in every time on this app is frustrating. A web browser I understand, but an app I don’t. ESPECIALLY when it will send me a notification, preview the message, then I have to sign in to respond. It’s clunky, expensive, and frankly a waste of time for the insurance industry. The last time I had sign on issues, HiMarley’s response was, just use the desktop and platform for now.
The app does not work well with a company that requires a VPN.
