If you bought something requiring this app I suggest you return it ASAP. Even if you get it to work — it will stop working after your return by date, and then only work 1/100 The device is a camera connected to phone via wi-fi via this app — it works 1% of the time, and when it does work it’s just fine and does what it is sold as. 99% of times I’ve tried to use the device it will not connect to the wi-fi. ZERO support. These devices should be unlocked to use with other apps to keep them from landfills

I see people giving horrible reviews for a device and app that work amazing! You don’t connect the device via Bluetooth or anything like you would normally connect a device. It connects via your Wi-Fi. It’s clearly in the instructions. If you connect it properly, it works amazing! Took amazing pictures of my ruptured eardrum that I can use on a virtual visit with my doctor as I’m disabled and can’t drive. If I could post the pics, I would just so you could see the quality.

After failing to connect with both my iPhone and my iPad, I went through all of the reviews and finally found one that told me what to do. The instructions that came with the device are wrong! I had to go to the settings on my iPad and select the device, rather than my home WiFi. I then went back to the App and it worked great! I wear hearing aids that are completely inside my ear canal. They’d pushed a tremendous quantity of wax deep into the canal, completely blocking the canal, further impairing my hearing. Although it was a little scary at first, I was able to clear it out, which instantly improved my hearing. Great device with lousy installation instructions.
