UDU Beauty

I have been using this device for months with nothing but compliments until recently. Just like the other recent reviews, the app keeps crashing and I have to reconnect the device just to crash again. I am using IOS and a Samsung device and both are crashing but my beebird has never had an issue except needing to clean the lens. Please fix this or I will have no alternative but will have to replace with a beebird. BTW I will also be updating my review for the product online.

I’ve purchased several camera tools that use different apps to view the camera. They do not compare to UDU Beauty. I hadn’t given a review on the App Store until now. I see a lot of comments giving the app bad ratings. I get HD footage which is great because these areas are not visible to the naked eye. The app lets you record for the entire battery life of your product. It’s functional so long as you have tools compatible with it. Please note because the footage is HD, the videos will use a lot of storage space. I clear the videos ever so often but if you have limited space this may be an issue for you.

I see some reviews complaining about not being able to connect. I'm an IOS user writing this review on the Clearzia Visual Blackhead Vacuum Device on July 2021. To connect to the camera, click the "connect" button and it will bring up a pop-up that says "Enter Wifi Settings." Let the UDU app connect to the local network and then go into your Wi-fi tab in Settings and connect to "UDU Beauty" (you'll see it load under Networks). Make sure the device is actually on before doing this (you hold down the power button until it lights up). My only complaint is that sometimes my skin hurts while using this device. However, l that may just be because I'm new to using it.
