The app is useful to book and view past visits and lab reports but they really need to fix the lagging problem.

Very slow app. Not user friendly because login details doesnt get saved on my device, and cannot sign in quickly. It takes a long time to load information Takes a long time to check in for the appointment

This use to be the best clinic in Jeddah until it got busy and they became big headed. They took my money for the virtual online booking, checked me off as if I saw the doctor when I didn’t! I needed a refill badly for my medication and I'm experiencing real horrible symptoms, since I got cut off cold turkey thanks to them. The doctor didn’t see me and checked as if he did and they won’t respond to any of my messages, and not give my money back. This is extremely unethical and I reported it to the ministry of health. They shouldn’t be playing around with their patients and not giving them their medication, and have the decency to return their money at least!
