I was SO pleased with the service and meal we received a couple of weeks ago on our first visit! I have Celiac Disease so to find a great place that knows how to keep food gluten free is such a wonderful thing for me! We have eaten there about 6 times in 2’ish weeks - I can’t help myself. Today, for the first time, I was a little disappointed with my to go order. I called to just let a manager know. A manager named Greg came on the line, listened to my complaint and completely went above and beyond to make it more than right for me!!! I could not be any more pleased with how he turned my whole ‘sad’ situation around. I will definitely continue ordering this amazing gluten free food (Mongolian beef & fried rice) and supporting our local PF Changs! Thanks again Greg!!

We really like the food here and because we are now living closer to one another friends want to meet us here more often. But not being able to log into the app took a lot of time and was frustrating. After several days of trying to find the correct customer service phone number., And on my own resetting my password over and over, I was able to contact them leave a message and they just emailed me back to reset my password again. I kept working on it on my own was able to get credit for our last purchase of three people’s meals and drinks, then finally got the application to work however, I can’t find anywhere in it the member number that they require since they won’t take your phone number anymore which I find is absolutely stupid. The only reason I spent so much time on this is because I know we’re gonna be going more frequently now that we’re all living near each other. And I want the points. I hope others don’t have this terrible experience. Because of the timeframe of when we went to dinner and my being on vacation, it was also even more frustrating. They don’t call you back. They just email you so make sure you check for that if you need help.

The app is adequate at placing a simple order but lacks a way to put special instructions and/or deal with an issue. There isn’t a text field for special instructions and the pre-built options are too limited. There isn’t an easy way to deal with mistakes. Today I put in a delivery order and when it arrived they had forgot a couple items, I called to get a refund because there’s no way to chat with someone or put in for a missing item. The manager told me they can’t refund because the order is completed through DoorDash and I needed to contact DoorDash. I tried to contact DoorDash but the order isn’t under my account because it was made through the P.F. Chang’s app so there’s no way for me to talk to support because they require me to choose from DoorDash orders I’ve placed and that order isn’t listed because it’s through the P.F. app. I’ve sent a message to “contact us” on the P.F. app but they should have a system built in the app for these occupancies because they forget items often.
