Concreit Real Estate Investing

Company seemed to be ahead of it’s time when I first signed up and was excited to do so. Extremely easy/seamless to send/invest money within Concreit, but when it comes to withdrawals - that’s another story. I have been waiting and waiting for a cash withdrawal request over the allotted time frame that was provided to me. As an investor, when you request your money/sell stock, you expect that the sale is executed with no issues and that you will receive your money within a reasonable time frame. I understand that the overall REIT sale process is a bit different from stocks, but having to wait around (4) weeks to receive your funds is unacceptable. In addition, being told one thing and that thing not happening, totally unacceptable. I am still awaiting my funds and once those funds are received, I am closing this account down not to sign up again. At this point, I would not recommend this investment platform to anyone. These people need to get their facts straight and handle business. Nobody has time to wait for funds for nearly a month.

Concreit has been a company that has intrigued me since the beginning. I didn’t know that my money wasn’t doing anything for me in my savings account, nevertheless that there’s an app out there that will make me money while I sit back and do nothing. Their staff is always available for any questions regarding the app, but it’s so straightforward, I doubt you will have any to begin with. They also have this unique feature where it lets you know every time you receive a dividend. I get an email a few times a day with this notification, and every time I see it, it makes me feel more and more confident that I made the best decision investing with this company.

Overall I am a bit skeptical when it comes to my money and who I put it with. I have been waiting for a long while for the app (and company) to open their doors to the general public (non-accredited) investors. The app is overall sleek and smooth, with no bad experiences yet. If you don’t entirely know what your getting into, look into their offering circular on the app and give it a read ( it should most likely update in a given time as things has changed and it was a preliminary offering). I am looking forward to what this investment opportunity will bring me and hope all continues to go well.
