Very useful, client service calls after ordering to confirm, very professional staff

I’m very disappointed, I swear to god this is the first and last time me , my family and my friends ever use this app again , I ordered food almost 3 hours ago and when it was finally on it’s way to me , I didn’t even receive it and it’s said RECIEVED on the app , like excuse me !! The only thing I received was disappointment and waste of TIME

My overall experience using the app is just bad, I placed an order which was confirmed by the restaurant, after a while I checked back in the app and it was cancelled with no notification nor a message. I’ve had a similar experience with the other apps from the same company.
