The process of this app is super super slow :( and inefficient communication from their costumer service, orders takes more than two days to get fulfilled most of the time which is outrageous.. some stores are not longer available but still displayed on the app very disappointing and frustrating overall

I am writing a review after being a customer for more than a year. Positive: 1- le service de recharge téléphonique (Flexi… etc) marche relativement bien. Et c’est le seul point positive. Negatives: 1- the app has many bugs and crush 40% (personal estimate) of the time. 2- CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst I have ever encountered, they are unprofessional, rude, and most of the time blame the customer! They lie to your face, saying we contacted you via email but they never do! 3- Many of the legit stores they had on the app aren’t on it anymore, that made me question the app and its management team. 4- They charge you for a delivery fee to get your items within the indicated time (express delivery: within 24h, or regular one, 1 to 2 days), they never deliver on time, and never reimburse you for the delivery fees since they didn’t commit to deliver on time. 4.1- they added a delivery fee to get your item to your door step (par étages) which is amazing (to make sure my mom or dad won’t carry heavy stuff), BUT their delivery drivers always refuse to bring your items to your door step even though you paid for the EXTRA service. 5- a lot of items listed within the app aren’t up to date, don’t get too excited, most of the time the item you are looking for is unavailable. And they blame the stores obviously, it’s never the app management team! Over all, stay away from the app and its team BIG UPDATE NOW, EVEN THE “service de recharge téléphonique” passe dans la category Negative. SERVICE CLIENT MERDIQUE On te demande de les contacter par chat sur les réseaux sociaux, et ceux qui n’ont pas de réseaux sociaux?! Ils parle à votre e-mail!!? Ça ne répond pas et quand ils vous rappel par e-mail c’est pour dire “ nous souhaitons votre compréhension!! THIS APP IS THE A BIG FAILURE SERVICE CLIENT 0, Merdique, irresponsible

I used this app for the first time I was surprised with the quality of groceries, the timing was perfect, My family received goods only after four hours I submitted the order I recommend this App.
