Idle Bubbles Cannon: Tap Balls

About a year ago, I noticed a bug that was causing some of the badges earned in challenges to not be applied to the cannons. These badges make the cannons more powerful, so it is frustrating to have my rewards go to waste. I emailed the app support about this to let them know of the problem, and I never heard anything back, even though I specifically asked them to reply so that I knew I had been heard. The third time I reached out, I threatened to leave a 1-star review unless I heard from them, and then they finally responded to let me know they would be looking into it. Several months later, I came back to the game and saw that the bug had still not been fixed, so I reached out to them again to let them know, and, once again, I never heard back. It’s now been a year since I first noticed the bug, and it still has not been fixed, and app support is still ignoring me! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNLESS THEY DECIDE TO FIX THE BUG!

So I’ve actually been enjoying this game for a while now, I even bought the no ads which made the game much more enjoyable, however, what is making me kind of bored is the limit on how many cannons I can buy. I know 20,000 sounds like a lot, but once I have them all in 20,000 I just hit a brick-wall of bubbles (around block level 1,300). Another thing that bothers me is the main cannon being so weak in the higher levels. I feel like that should be my main use of damage since I can control it, but it’s constantly outshined by the end cannons. I would love if you were to make these changes as it would make the game more fun for all the users who have spent a lot of time on the game, thank you 🙏

I bought the No ads for this game and everything because i loved it, but even after restarting my phone and closing all other apps and trying many things the game instantly crashes on my iphone 12 pro max. I have no idea what the problem is but I don’t want to delete and lose all of my progress and the money that i spent. If the devs could respond to this i’d greatly appreciate that. I gave this 5 stars because it’s truly fun in it’s simplicity but I really wish i could figure this crashing out.
