MerryBody: Pilates & Yoga

I love the MerryBody app! It has so much variety. You can choose between meditation, yoga, Pilates and so much more. The work outs are great! They have options to tailor your workout towards your needs. I look forward to my yoga and meditation time each night. The sisters make working out fun! I really appreciate all the work they do, the encouragement, and the way the sisters have helped me change my lifestyle. Download this app today!

I’ve loved MerryBody since the program first launched, and the new app just makes it even better! First, the app itself is beautiful, but it’s also so useful. It is easy to navigate, and the daily classes with the weekly plan are right there when you open the app. I love the classes and the meditations. I truly believe MerryBody has something for everyone and that anyone can do the exercises. MerryBody has changed the way I view exercise and my body. If you struggle with exercise and with loving your body, I can’t recommend MerryBody enough! Emma and Carla are amazing and will remind you that you are too with every class <3

The MerryBody sisters helped me and my sister through a very difficult year from across the globe!
