I fully recommend investing in the appliance and regularly using the PelviFly app - it helps you be regular in your training, it helps you focus on your goal and it is fun! The team is also very responsive and the customer service absolutely lovely :)

The app is really slow and hangs a lot. Be ready to see spinning wheel a lot when using it. It takes time to process every step, loading training, connecting, saving results. Also it has to connect to the device after very part of the training which means 3-4 times per training session. Sometimes it does not save completed training part and you cannot move to the next without completing previous (even with the lost expensive plan). You cannot preview trainings for next days. Overall it looks like beta version that needs to be improved. Low quality, especially considering the price of the device and price of the plan.
