My Cycle ؜

As someone whose always had regular periods for the most part. This app has allowed me to keep track of when I need to switch between my herbal hormone balancing supplements and dietary needs, and also when to increase my dosage’s of herbal antidepressant and anxiety supplements, and also when I need to start taking ibuprofen to lessen the pain from my excruciating cramps before they can hijack all my bodily functions. The intensity of which used to send my body into a state of shock, where I get these severe, days long, vision distorting, light, sound and odor sensitive, throbbing neck and head migraines, go pale in the face, sweat and get the shakes all over my body, stay constantly nauseated, vomiting, and having diarrhea from the radiating overactive muscle contractions, and also blackouts over and over until the pain would finally decreased enough on its own on day four to go on at least a liquid diet and finally be able to take something for pain and keep it down. With help of this app, I’ve made progress.

I have used clue for years until they destroyed their app with the latest update. So, I went on the tedious journey of finding a new app that was simple to use. All I need to do is to keep track of things so I can get a quick glance at what’s going on. Bonus if it had the ability to add notes. This does just that and it’s free ( thank you for that ). My only concern is that it seems to chart your cycle based off of a set period of days instead of smartly predicting based off of past cycle durations. I would love this feature if possible for those of us who aren’t perfectly predictable every month for more accurate predictions at a glance. What I have done to help remedy this is chosen a duration that’s in the middle of my range so I know I could start a few days before that or a few days after. Hope this helps someone with the same issue! *note for developers* : I would also love the option to choose custom colors on the white theme!
