I truly appreciate how quick and efficient this app’s service is. However, since many users rely on it for financial transactions, I hope you’ll continue improving its features and security to ensure everyone’s trust and satisfaction.

The app is really, really good. It’s amazing! However, when I need to switch banks, the previous pin is still required. Please fix this issue.

The app is great, the service almost to the top comparing other Somali State Mobile Banking Services. My only suggestion relates to the use of small fonts in the app. Especialy in the Mini Statement Table, the fonts are too small, while there is wide boundary gap between columns. Also the blue background on the rows and the black color font make the writings unreadable. So thats my feedback.
