Honestly this app gives me so much trouble almost on a daily. It’s a great convenience for my customers but when it doesn’t give me notifications and my customers show up wondering why their order isn’t ready it makes them frustrated. Never mind the fact that it glitches ALL OF THE TIME! Orders will literally show up blank and there is no way to delete them for MONTHS and then randomly they delete. Or the orders disappear and it doesn’t charge my customers. Also now the newest issue is online orders when being paid in store will not charge the customers tax so I was out a lot of money until me and my employees realized it wasn’t charging tax. Now we have to delete every pre order that doesn’t charge tax and create a new one to cash them out. This app is more of a pain then good!

This app is so great but with one big problem it deletes items randomly which it isn’t much of a big deal to just add the item again except now when I add a item with this new update it still won’t show up on the register so now I can’t charge for the proper things I hope this gets fixed really soon hard to explain to people why their 16oz shake is being charged as different items because the shake item no longer exists a 5 star will be given when the problem is solved I would think a company as big as this would hire some decent developers to properly update this system without adding other problems

App needs a split payment option or it should allow someone to make partial payment cash and rest on a credit/debit card.
