E-PASS Toll App

I was advised by Avis that I could use my E-PASS to pay for tolls while I was in a rental for 4 days. Just update the tag associated with the transponder and it will be a breeze ALL lies. I have my transponder and got notice that there was no longer money in my account. I am getting billed for every toll this rental is going through. I called customer service and they were awful. I was told because I did not update the tag in the app so bad so sad … I must pay the tolls for whoever is driving the rental up until I updated the plate number at noon on 4/6. Here it is 4/8 and I am still receiving charges and it’s showing my vehicle and my tag number associated however my car has been in the driveway the whole time with my transponder and my license plate!!!! This app is horrible and should have the option for Florida residents to add rental vehicles with an expiration time to prevent this faulty billing from occurring or a better customer service response to assist. Be warned!!

We are new to Florida so we were just paying by plate but when we got the bill and seen how much we could save by having a easy pass and having previous tolls discounted by signing up, we were all in. It was super easy and if it doesn’t work for you on the app, it might have something to do with the time of day because I tried in the evening one night and got a message the server was down then tried the next day at around 4pm and it worked. I’m all about saving some money!!

Called up Epass Custer service and Anthony picked up with a clear and concise chill welcome. He quickly was able to find my account and go over my fees. Anthony explained all 7 toll violations and gave the total. Anthony heard the frustration in my voice and offered a solution by cutting the price by 40% and got me fixed up with a little sticker for the car so there’s no more riding dirty. Anthony also stayed on the line to walk me through the EPASS MOBILE APP and set up which took only just 2 minutes. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!! Epass company do not lose this employee as he is outstanding and an excellent customer service rep. Anthony deserves compensation (a PAY RAISE) for his customer service talent and the fact that he left such a wonderful lasting impression of the business. 5 STARS RATING!!!!!
