Just wanted to hop on here and drop a positive review, because notoriously, anything done online any government agency, is horrible, and by contrast this is actually straightforward to use. Very pleased, and whatever agency you used for this software, please recommend them to the City of Syracuse lol, because it genuinely seems corrupt how hard it is to pay a parking ticket in Syracuse without getting fees added, because many tickets don’t generate online on their terrible website until 10 days later, and you get a fee if it’s not paid within 14 days, and the way you actually can pay seems to change every month or two, and the ticket itself almost always is wrong about how you can actually pay. Lol. Rant. But yeah. Good job guys.

What you don’t know will hurt you!! Here’s the problem, the app is seriously flawed. You use your card to pay! But, the app says it cannot process your transaction. But, it manages to take four times the amount out of your account without authorization. Then you try to make a written complaint and the app shuts you out with a red highlighted message “your request cannot be processed please try again later “code5682 so you have to call in only to find the employee willfully respond “ this app is always acting up, that why we tell users to just use it to monitor, pay on line not through the app.” Then she goes on to say your refund will post 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, your out of $900 dollars that you can use for other things. It’s absolutely not fair and if we all want better service we have to all advocate for better. I’m really disappointed can I afford to wait for the refund? And not miss out on paying my bills? Because some of you can’t!!

Only thing possibly worse than this app is their online website. Which insist on forcing you to pay your tolls by printing out the paperwork and mailing them a check, instead of just taking you to choices like a credit card. In this case using app forgot password info tried retrieving keeps giving me errors keeps giving me just number to keyboard to punch in my G tag numbers. So basically a five minute or less payment by credit card will take me 45 to 60 minutes. As usual. And another problem on the website which I know this review is about the apps and you have socks as much as the website but I’m hoping maybe somebody at easy Pass read this, can somebody tell me when you get to the point where they ask for your cell phone number for security purposes, why they need us who cares you’re paying the bill and they’re getting the damned money, but why does it insist on telling me “The phone number provided by you has reached the maximum authorized attempts please use another phone number “this happens every single time I use this MI supposed to go out and buy a new phone and get a new phone number every time I have to pay my toll bill. You between website you would think between website and mobile app and the fact they are getting money to fill the coffers, That either mobile app or website would be the easiest thing in the world to possibly use. It’s like they don’t want the cash. I’m guessing the whole idea to make both a horrible experience is so that you will use easy pass.
