This has been the very most helpful pregnancy resource I’ve found. As someone in the medical field, evidence-based information is essential to the important choices in my life. Vanessa does an incredible job researching topics and giving a balanced view of what the literature says. I will be recommending this to any and all my pregnant friends.
I love this podcast and binge-listened all through my first trimester and by second trimester, I was confident in making more important decisions about my care and ultimately about my baby’s birth. I feel more empowered and I sooooo appreciate all the research she does. The evidence based information helps put me to ease knowing I am getting as full of a picture as I can. I also really appreciate the episodes with interviews with various experts. She is a wonderful interviewer and host. You can really tell that this all came from heart and from the journey through her own experiences and a heartfelt desire to reach out and help others. I can not recommend this podcast enough for any momma to be who is looking to become informed and empowered.
I’ve been listening to The Pregnancy Podcast for a long time (haven’t quite decided on babies yet, but listening has been incredibly educational!) I’m stoked there is now an app just for this podcast - it’s so user friendly and makes listening to episodes and engaging with the show super simple! Such a great resource; thank you, Vanessa!!
