The service is pretty new but the concept is wonderful. You can easily connect with others who can offer their expertise. Set up is easy and the service straightforward. The app is simple and easy to use. My only issues are: 1) Provider last names should not be listed to protect privacy 2) A notification method should be added to the app that gives the provider a warning when it’s about to log them off for inactivity.
User-friendly format. Updates are said to be regular and will help streamline things. Provides an excellent and quick service, for when things like Google and search engines cannot give you enough explanation on their own. Overall 4 stars
