Sappidi and his team are incredible! They helped me improve not just my balance and physical strength but my spirit as well. I owe them so much as my journey was at a rough point when beginning and I was blow away at how much they helped me improve just a brief time later. I recommend them in a heart beat!!

I did 59 exercises and then when I logged in I was told that Whoops, u need more exercises. So I logged in each day to receive a new plan nothing downloads. I have been trying daily to receive something and all it says is downloading and must be in a loop since it continues to try to download for almost a week. Very frustrating. I need help.

This app does what it’s meant to do when it comes to accessing PT exercises and seeing video tutorials of them but there are a couple of small things that could be helpful or at least improve the user experience. Example: allow the login screen to scroll up and down when entering in credentials so the user can select the password field or login button without manually dropping the on screen keyboard. This is a dealbreaker but I ended up fighting with it for 5 mins when I tried to reset my password because I could select the necessary fields or buttons.
