I was a little apprehensive about doing yoga with an app. I was so used to intimate in person classes. But I was so glad I took the chance. The instructors are knowledgeable and personable. The classes are well structured and professional. It does help to know the different moves and positions as step by step instructions are limited. But overall the classes and instructors are great. The meditation classes are top notch as well. I’ve developed a deeper sense of awareness because of them. The only thing I have to remember is there are no beginning relaxation moments before the yoga classes. I’m very used to starting with a few minutes of calmness. They aren’t there at the end either, but adding them to my routine is easy. If you’re looking for the ability to do yoga and more on your time, this is the place to go. With so many choices and ability levels, you can definitely find lots of classes to suit your needs. Highly recommend this app. Namaste 🙏
they are trying to change me after a year when I cancel the subscription. So glad I block the payment. I prefer my comment not to be removed because it's an honest review I try the beginner class and almost broke my wrist. Those exercises are for people that had previously done yoga then stop and started again, not for someone that it's 215 pounds. And never taken yoga. Per my doctor, I need to lose weight because I fall into the overweight or obese range with a BMI of 41 when it should be in the 20. If they were someone else they could have asked me at what point It became impossible for me to follow so they can change it or work with a better recommendation video. But instead, they want to treat my comment like a spam comment. That is very disappointing. I purchase the membership. A year. Ago April 2020 to be exact. They had the nerve to charge me again when I know I cancel it.
I love Yoga. But sometimes I want an easy stretchy feel good yoga and sometimes I want a no holds barred, sweaty, muscle building yoga. This app lets me pick whatever I am in the mood for. I can download my favorites and do them anywhere. It’s so easy to pick a body part to focus on or the time that I have to practice. There are so many videos that I have a wishlist of those I can’t wait to try. The only thing I would like to see with this app is a place where I could add my notes about a workout. Some would be great for a slow wake up to full workout In the morning. Some start fast and stay that way. It would be brilliant to be able to write that out for future reference or group them into categoroes that I choose. Overall this app is worth every penny!
