The app is great, they are always doing updates to improve the functionality. The concept of meet up is unique and intriguing. I like that it’s intentionally not free, to sort of gather people who actually going to participate. But in the big city like NY it doesn’t work. It back fires in NY since people pay for a subscription and then are too busy to text back. And when they do answer its to either just to chat or plan something they will cancel later. So far out of 12 people I got matched with, only 4 people answered and no breakfasts yet.

App needs improvements.
1)The list of choices should allow you to go to your pending matches right away, you have to navigate a lot. 2) When you try to remove a person who ghosted you but still in your list, the remove dropdown does not work. 3) Every time you open the app it asks you about your city. If you are in the States most likely you will look for people to have breakfast in your vicinity. It is not well designed UI to ask that every time. Save the default and give an option somewhere in the dropdown selections. 4) 24 hrs is too limiting. Someone maybe traveling, overseas, etc. Make it 48. Overall I am not happy about the match algorithms. The diversity is not diverse, most people you are matched are in tech. It is probably the pool of people in te SF Bay area are techies and nothing else… I have not had a single breakfast and not happy that I have wasted my money.

game changer! I’ve met more than 20 people on Breakfast and at least 5 of them became my close friends. I’ve never seen anything so effective for me.
I use it since they had pay-per-breakfast monetization (probably 4 years).
