The service of the customers is really bad and you can not get an answer or a person to talk to, it’s one way relation and nobody is talking care of us. I did not receive my unit because I still didn’t have a report that all the points raised from my side were completely done, also Emaar started the services fees although I didn’t get my unit, this is not acceptable and should apply after receiving the unit and not before, please send me a name or an email address to send my comments.

It has been almost six years since I received my property, and this comment comes from continuous observation and an ongoing sense of improvement over time. However, I must sincerely acknowledge that since the arrival of Mr. Santosh, the cleanliness in the three southern towers has become truly remarkable. The consistent maintenance and attention to detail create a sense of comfort and satisfaction for both residents and guests. I would like to thank Emaar Management and Mr. Santosh for their dedication and professionalism. What truly stands out is Mr. Santosh’s genuine commitment to his work, which consistently delivers excellent results. I wish you all continued success, and I hope Mr. Santosh remains as dedicated as he is today — a person who carries his responsibilities with honesty and care.
