This is a polished app but it needs improvements. If you book a hotel through the app and then check out, the app should automatically register those points without the customer having to check with the hotel. I made a hotel booking through the app checked in with the app but the hotel still required ID pictures and my u by emaar account wasn’t listed on my reservation (even though I did it through the app). When I checked out I was told I’d get the points 24/72 hours later - a week went by nothing. Had to manually call U by Emaar and give them my hotel details. All this should’ve been automatically done *in* the app!

Was originally a fan of the loyalty program , but they twice reduced the discounts and points ! First I got demoted from gold to silver for no reason. Then they reduced the F&b discount from 20% to 10%. I invested so much money into growing my rewards and my status, only to be duped overnight . Several of my friends have the exact compliant. I wouldn’t recommend this loyalty program. Not only are the venues limited, the discounts are not competitive anymore and most importantly , drastically changing terms on long time members speaks volumes of how much they care about their customers .
