Call Protect Spam Call Blocker

this program I’ve been using now for close to a year and it does really well at blocking any inbound calls that aren’t in your address book. But if they’re not in your address book, they never make it through so if they say the school is calling to tell you, your kid is sick, you won’t get that call. You might get the phone message, but you definitely won’t receive the telephone call. In a way I don’t see this is a huge problem, but if you’re expecting a phone call from someone who isn’t in your address book this could be an issue. Second anytime you try to look up a number that’s calling you to see who they are or why they’re blocked you get no Answers. every number I’ve looked up Kungsbacka blank with zero information on it. However, if I go to Google and ask about that number, I can find information. I think they’re competitor Nomorobo is much better at telling you about the call and even give you a transcription of the voice on the other end to an extent. Wouldn’t that be nice if this service did something like that? Consider that before purchase.

Wish this app would catch all spam and telemarketers. It at least shows me. Asking them to take you off the list doesn’t work, not answering the daily calls for The same telemarketers just with a different number doesn’t work. Not catching the calls coming from a different country under the guise of a local number does show about half the time. Just can’t catch all the illegal or annoying callers.

Too many steps. When I get a spam text there is already a report button option. I thought it was “Call Protect” but apparently not. I had four steps to take to block the number on that and after doing hundreds of them and seeing no improvement I checked “Call Protect” to see the list. There were no numbers on the block list. To use this app, you have to go into the the phone info to copy and then back to the app. The app holds the copy and blocks it but there are three extra steps. That’s too many. Whatever is coming with the phone to block calls and texts has too many steps already. I get 100’s of calls. If it were 1 here or there it wouldn’t be a big deal but it just isn’t doing the job.
