Adagio Teas

Not only does this company have great tea selection they are extremely responsive to fixing their app when they have issues. I had an issue where after purchasing items, my cart would not clear, I’d manually clear it and it would add items back in during my next purchase. I wrote to the company and they had it fixed within a couple days. I can not rave enough about this company! Great customer service, great response time and the best flavors of tea out of all the companies I’ve tried! You’ve made me a customer for life!

I’ve been shopping with Adagio for about a decade now, and they have always been the nicest and most fun place to get my tea fix. So when I saw there was an app, I was ecstatic! It makes my life so much easier when ordering and, unlike the with website, I can slowly build my order as I run out of teas/find new teas to try without my cart going away if it’s been up too long. It also makes reviewing and browsing for teas sooo much easier and I absolutely adore it. There are a couple things I feel like could be worked on though. One, I can’t seem to find the rewards section on the app. I know on the website there’s a whole area where you can scroll and see what you can redeem for your rewards, but from what I can find, there’s not an equivalent on the app. Which is fine when I use my rewards for money off, but I do regularly order some teas with my rewards as well so it would be nice if it was easier to do that. Also, the tracking for packages is a little off. It will tell me when a package is on the way, but the actual tracking info never seems to update (it just says the info is not available), and I have to go on my account on the site to click through to the shipping company to see when it’s going to get here. Other than that, I’m stoked to have the app and to be able to have quick access to my daily fix, even if it is just me scrolling idly through teas!

I became a customer of Adagio and started making blends on Adagio in 2012. They have always been very prompt with their orders and have great customer service and unique interactions that I’ve never had with any other company. Out of the dozens of times I’ve ordered tea from them, only 2 small mistakes have occurred and each time they have quickly taken steps to send me a corrected item. I love making blends and accruing points to use to buy tea. I recently got the ComunniTEA box and I’ve really enjoyed having a new tea to sample everyday and interacting with the tea community on their site. This app is a good way to shop and check your orders on the go. The only problem I’ve run into is posting pictures of my tea from the app. You have to connect to Facebook to post a picture but I can’t tell where the picture goes on Adagio’s site. I wish there was a CommuniTEA section in the app where you could post/interact with the daily tea, but maybe that will come in the future. :)
